A Sweet Escape with Poetry

Writer's picture: Reenita PatraReenita Patra

I stepped into Poetry by Love and Cheesecake, the soft aroma of freshly baked pastries filling the air. It had been a while since I treated myself to a leisurely brunch. The menu was a tempting sonnet, each dish a stanza of flavors waiting to be savored.

With a glance at the all-day menu, I chose the Stuffed Omelette and the Avocado Chilli Cheese Croissant. As I waited, my thoughts drifted to the charming patisserie section, a world of sweet indulgence waiting just beyond the counter.

When my order arrived, the omelette was a medley of colors and textures, a symphony of ingredients bound by the chef's artistry. The croissant, warm and golden, oozed with creamy avocado and a gentle kick of chili. Each bite was poetry in motion, a culinary masterpiece that spoke of passion and craftsmanship.

With a contented sigh, I realized that Poetry by Love and Cheesecake had woven a narrative of taste and delight. The multiple locations in Mumbai were like chapters in a book, each offering a new verse to explore.
